Return Policy

Our EASY return policy is 30 days from date of purchase (Mail order / Online customers; item(s) must be received within the 30 day period).

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, just return the item to us in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition and in it’s original packaging. Any markings from on the item will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to approval.

Online Customers; before returning any product please email: contact@holeshot1.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please have your invoice information on hand.

Returns must be shipped pre-paid. Returns shipped COD will NOT be accepted. All unclaimed, or refused COD parcels will be subject to a service charge equal to twice the shipping charge amount (to cover shipping costs both ways).

Warranty

Most items are warrantied against manufacturing defects 1 year from date of original purchase. All warranty is subject to approval and refunds are issued after this approval.

Holeshot1 is not responsible for any down time during approval process due shipping and approval process. Any item which is deemed to show evidence of being used or contrary to instructions, and/or subject to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.

Warranty does not extend to replacement items (warranty applies from original date of purchase).

Holeshot1 does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty items, these are the responsibility of the consumer.
